Sandro Ramirez is the featured player in Sunday’s edition of the matchday programme as Sevilla come to Goodison.
The new Everton striker, who arrived from Malaga over the summer, explains what lured him to the Blues and who has helped him settle into life on Merseyside.
Joining him in the programme is ex-Everton defender Alan Stubbs. The former Blues skipper discusses a range of topics including the Toffees’ acquisition of Michael Keane, his favourite goal and why he’s excited by the Club’s business over the summer.
Having worked with Tom Davies during his time as the Blues’ Under-21s coach, he has also been delighted to see his former charge blossom in the first team.
“I’ve been really pleased with the way that Tom has progressed into the team,” Stubbs tells the programme. “Tom was just starting to come through when I had the Under-21s, as they were then, and it’s nice to see a local lad really fulfil his potential.
“We’ve got some good young players with their best years ahead of them.”
Elsewhere, another new face speaks about how he is settling into life at his new club. Josh Bowler was a summer acquisition from QPR, linking up with the Under-23s, and he makes his first appearance in the matchday programme.
We take a look back at the Toffees’ progression in the Europa League, we have the usual insight from Ronald Koeman and Phil Jagielka and a host of new features.
