Everton are linked with two Premier League widemen in Sunday’s newspapers.

The Daily Star Sunday and the Sunday Mirror both claim the Blues will make a £30million swoop for Arsenal and England’s Theo Walcott, while the Mail on Sunday believe the Club could be about to rival Roma for Leicester City’s Algeria international and 2015/16 PFA Player of the Year Riyad Mahrez.

In the Sunday Express, Wayne Rooney talks about his return to Everton and the future of England teammate Ross Barkley, while Mail reporter Ian Birrell gives his firsthand account of following Ronald Koeman’s men in Tanzania.

Finally, David Unsworth tells the Liverpool Echo he is confident Everton will continue to produce their own bright young talents, while the same paper explains why Wednesday’s friendly against FC Twente will bring back memories of intrepid Scouse footballer Billy Ashcroft.
