On Demand: Press Conference

Welcome, Marco!

Everything you need to know about the new boss here.

Ronald Koeman held his latest pre-match press conference ahead of Saturday's visit of West Bromwich Albion - and fans across the world can watch it on demand.

The key topics discussed by the Blues boss included:

IMPORTANCE OF WEEKEND'S VISIT OF WEST BROM
"The first objective is to win, to make the gap to seven points, that's a really big gap. I still believe if we win the next two games at home we can close in on teams above us but that starts with the two games at home, and starts with this Saturday."

BAGGIES WILL BE TOUGH
"It's a big test because they are really strong, defensively strong. Everyone knows about their productivity from set plays. They've scored 36 goals (this season), 16 from set plays, 12 of those from corners, which we know because one of them was against us in our first away game at West Brom. We need to be at our best."

HAPPY WITH HOME FORM
"Compared with last season that's what we had to improve - being strong at home, to play good, attractive football. We know the team is really comfortable at home and have had some good performances. That's a reason to be confident."

PROGRESS IS BEING MADE
If we finish seventh at the end of the season we can be happy. That's the first step to when we came to Everton. The next we can look to next season.
