Striker Loaned To Belgium Club

Leandro Rodriguez has made a loan switch to Belgian side Waasland-Beveren until the end of the season.

The 24-year-old striker joined Everton from River Plate Montevideo in the final week of the 2015 summer transfer window.

Rodriguez arrived in the Premier League after scoring 19 goals in 71 appearances in the Uruguayan top division.

In March 2016, he joined Brentford on loan for month in order to gain further senior experience, playing twice for the Bees during his spell in the Championship.

Waasland-Beveren currently sit 14th out of 16 teams in the Belgian First Division.
