Valencia Joins On Loan

Ecuador striker Enner Valencia has joined the Club on a season-long loan from West Ham United with an option to make the deal permanent and will return from international duty following World Cup qualifying games against Brazil and Peru to link up with Ronald Koeman’s squad next week.

The 26-year-old, a regular Ecuadorian international, has scored 16 goals in 29 games for his country, including three from the 2014 World Cup.

Valencia joined the Hammers in the summer of 2014 having been top scorer in Mexico in 2013/14 with 18 goals in 23 appearances for Pachuca.
