Everton Under-21s have arrived in Spain for a week-long training camp.

Manager David Unsworth and his backroom staff will now work with the 21-man group of players in the Spanish heat as preparations for the 2016/17 season begin to intensify.

Summer acquisitions Bassala Sambou and Chris Renshaw, signed from Coventry City and Oldham Athletic respectively, have both made the trip.

Meanwhile, Jack Kiersey and Shayne Lavery, both just 17 years old, have also joined up with the squad after working with the Under-18s in Croatia earlier this month.
