This weekend’s Premier League fixture against Arsenal will see the return of Junior Fan Day.

A hugely popular themed matchday, it will be our third fixture focussed on making it an extra-special matchday for all our young fans.

And, in keeping with theme, we are offering 10 young fans aged between five and 12 the chance to escort the Everton players onto the pitch ahead of kick-off.

The player escort places are open to any Season Ticket holders within the specified age range – although any fan that has already been a mascot this season cannot be selected.

Complete the entry form below* if you have a young Season Ticket holder who would love the chance to be a player escort for Saturday’s fixture. Forms must be completed and submitted by midday on Wednesday 16 March.

Junior fans are hugely important to the Club. To reflect that fact, Season Tickets for 2016/17 will remain just £95 for kids, whilst junior Season Tickets have been reduced by £50 to £149 – with the age range extended by two years.

A ‘Kid’ is defined as a person aged 10 or under on 31 August 2016. A ‘Junior’ is defined as a person aged 11 to 17 on 31 August 2016.
