Young midfield duo Ryan Ledson and Liam Walsh have extended their loan spells with Cambridge United and Yeovil Town respectively by a further month.

Ledson initially joined the U’s at the beginning of December and has made 18 appearances for the League Two outfit so far.

The 18-year-old made an instant impression with a Man of the Match display on his debut and has helped Shaun Derry’s side become promotion contenders.

Similarly, after another productive month, Walsh’s temporary stay at Huish Park has been extended.

The Huyton-born youngster has made nine outings for the Glovers, helping them climb off the foot of the League Two table.

He also scored his first ever professional goal in the 2-2 draw with Luton Town last month. Watch it here.

Under-21s goalkeeper Conor Hunt will also remain at Conference North Colwyn Bay for an extra month.
