For the second time in succession, a strike from halfway has scooped the Everton Goal of the Month prize.
Liam Walsh has won the award for October with his stunning 50-yard lob in Everton Under-18s’ 2-0 victory against Derby County.
The midfielder topped the online poll after pulling in 70 per cent of the votes.

Walsh’s goal follows on from Ellie Stewart, who bagged the September award for her stunning halfway line effort for Everton Ladies against Doncaster Rovers Belles.
In October’s poll, Romelu Lukaku finished runner-up with his Merseyside derby goal (16 per cent), while Nathan Broadhead’s effort for Everton Under-18s against West Bromwich Albion saw him finish third (8 per cent).
