Conor McAleny has joined Championship outfit Charlton Athletic on loan until 7 November.
The 23-year-old forward will now join up with his new teammates and could make his debut in the Addicks’ clash with Huddersfield Town at The Valley on Tuesday evening.
McAleny has previously enjoyed loan spells with Scunthorpe United, Brentford and Cardiff City.
He netted his first goal in senior football last season during his stint with Cardiff - and went on to double his tally for the Bluebirds before the end of his temporary stay in South Wales.
The Whiston-born Academy graduate, who has made three senior appearances for the Toffees, also impressed in pre-season ahead of the 2015/16 campaign, scoring against Swindon Town and Dundee.
