Henen Signs Permanent Deal

by Hamish Dufton

David Henen has returned to Everton on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.
The Belgian youth international spent the 2014/15 campaign on loan with the Blues from Olympiakos, turning out regularly for David Unsworth’s Under-21 side and scoring six goals.
Tricky winger Henen has now made the move permanent, signing from the Greek champions and penning a three-year deal.
The 19-year-old was delighted to commit his future to the Club and insisted Everton was the perfect place for him to continue growing as a footballer.
“I am so happy,” he told evertonfc.com. “Everton are a big club and I feel I can develop here.
“For a young player it is the best club because they try to develop youngsters. It is perfect for me."
