Everton Under-21s’ meeting with Manchester City this month has been brought forward.
The fixture was originally scheduled to be played on Monday 20 April but will now take place on Sunday 12 April at the Merseyrail Community Stadium, with a kick-off time of 1pm.
David Unsworth’s side have two games in hand on many of their play-off rivals but currently sit in 10th place in the Barclays Premier Under-21 League, five points outside the all-important top four.
City themselves also have play-off ambitions and currently sit seventh, two points off fourth, with two games in hand as well.
Entry to this fixture is free for Everton Season Ticket holders and FOREVERTON members.
Admission is otherwise priced at £5 for adults and £3 for concessions.
