Tuesday's newspapers reflect on the involvement of three Everton players in England's 2-0 win over Switzerland.
The Daily Star and Guardian give both John Stones and Leighton Baines seven out of 10 for their performances in Basel, while Jagielka is praised for his "solid contribution" as a late substitute for Phil Jones.
Many of the other papers reward Baines and Stones seven and six out of 10 respectively, while the i say the younger full-back played a 'pivotal role'.
In the Daily Record, Steven Naismith speaks of his disappointment at Scotland's narrow failure to spring a shock against world champions Germany but predicts Gordon Strachan's men have what it takes to win each of their remaining nine qualifiers.
Elsewhere, Seamus Coleman is quoted in the Liverpool Echo praising Blues teammate Aiden McGeady, who was a two-goal hero for the Republic of Ireland against Georgia on Sunday.
The full-back says he is confident his compatriot can now kick on and become a regular match-winner at Goodison Park.
