Hallam Hope has joined Sheffield Wednesday on a six-month loan.
The Everton Under-21s forward enjoyed spells at Northampton Town and Bury last term and will now have the opportunity to test himself in the Championship.
Hope could be handed his first Owls outing when Nottingham Forest visit Hillsborough on Saturday.
Wednesday have made a strong start to the season with two wins and two draws from their opening four games and are subsequently sixth in the table.

Meanwhile, Everton have signed goalkeeper Connor Hunt. The 18-year-old was at Blackpool last season but rejected the offer of a new contract.

He joins the Club on a three-year deal after officials from Goodison Park and Bloomfield Road agreed a deal.
