Mirallas And Coleman Start

by Hamish Dufton @efchamishdufton

Everton boss Roberto Martinez makes two changes to the side that drew at Leicester as the Blues kick off their home league campaign against Arsenal.

Seamus Coleman, who recovered from injury to make a brief cameo at the King Power Stadium, returns to the starting line-up at the expense of John Stones, who drops to the bench.

The other change sees Kevin Mirallas in for Aiden McGeady, scorer of the first Everton goal of the season in the 2-2 draw with the Foxes.

The Irishman is on the bench where he is joined by Joel Robles, Antolin Alcaraz, Muhamed Besic, Leon Osman and Christian Atsu.

It means the Toffees line up with Tim Howard in goal, with Coleman joining Leighton Baines, Sylvain Distin and skipper Phil Jagielka in front of the American.

Gareth Barry and James McCarthy sit in midfield, with Mirallas, Steven Naismith and Steven Pienaar ahead of them, and Romelu Lukaku keeps his place up front.

For Arsenal, former Everton man Mikel Arteta misses out, but summer signings Alexis Sanchez and Callum Chambers both start.
