The Everton customer service team are currently experiencing issues with the phone system which is affecting incoming and outgoing calls. Staff in the Fan Centre, supporters' primary port of call for queries and ticket purchasing, are therefore unable to handle calls but are contactable via email and in-person at Goodison Park. Engineers have traced the fault off site to the local BT Exchange and it is now in the process of being fixed. The Club will update fans via evertonfc.com once the phone system has resumed normal service. In the meantime, queries should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
