Club-record signing Romelu Lukaku was part of the Everton party that jetted out of Liverpool Airport this morning ahead of Saturday's pre-season friendly at SC Paderborn.

The Belgian linked up with the Blues squad on Thursday following the conclusion of his post World Cup break, the 21-year-old having completed a £28m move from Chelsea last week.

Lukaku's compatriot Kevin Mirallas is also back with the Toffees and makes the trip to Germany, though Seamus Coleman (hamstring) misses out.

This morning's flight departed Liverpool John Lennon Airport shortly after 10am and was scheduled to arrive in Germany around noon.

The players will then train at Paderborn's 15,000 capacity Benteler Arena later on Friday afternoon.
