Naismith V Stones: Day Four

@Everton

Steven Naismith and John Stones are competing against one another throughout the 2014 World Cup.

The Everton duo may not be in Brazil, but that hasn't prevented a competitive element from developing from their budding friendship.

And the battle to be the most accurate World Cup predictor is underway.

The pair went into day three level at 4-4 (one point for a correct result, three for a correct scoreline) but the youngster, Stones, reclaimed the lead by correctly guessing wins for Colombia and Ivory Coast.

Predictably, neither player took any points from Costa Rica's shock victory over Uruguay, while Italy's defeat of England also saw both players fail to score.

Well-backed Argentina make their first appearance of the tournament in one of three scheduled matches on Sunday and you can see our duo's latest tips below.

And keep checking evertonfc.com or our official Twitter and Facebook pages each day throughout the tournament to chart their progress.
