Everton boss Roberto Martinez says he is "excited" about the atmosphere a packed Goodison Park could create when the Blues continue their Champions League charge under the floodlights against Crystal Palace on Wednesday.
Martinez's men racked up a record seventh straight Premier League win at Sunderland at the weekend to go fourth in the table - a victory which also saw the Toffees ease past their previous best points tally in the competition (65) with five games still left to play.
Top-four rivals Arsenal are due to host West Ham United on Tuesday, meaning Everton could slip back to fifth before kick off.
But Martinez is backing the home crowd to roar his side to what would be a 10th Goodison win in a row.
"I'm excited about it," the Spaniard told evertontv. "The welcome the players are going to have in front of our fans is going to be special.
"We've got the highest Premier League points tally in the Club's history and I think the players deserve that sort of welcome.
"It's going to be a really difficult game and we need to be well rested and well prepared.
"And we need that support, because Crystal Palace are one of the toughest sides in the division in terms of their defensive focus and how good they are in their defensive intensity."
Limited tickets for the visit of Palace remain, while the games against Manchester United and Manchester City have already sold out.
