Roberto Martinez has made two changes to the Everton side to face Newcastle.

Gerard Deulofeu and Leon Osman replace Kevin Mirallas and Aiden McGeady.

It means the Blues are still without skipper Phil Jagielka who remains sidelined following a hamstring problem.

John Stones continues to deputise in central defence with Osman and Deulofeu likely to operate on opposite flanks.

McGeady and Mirallas drop to the bench where they are joined by Steven Naismith, Antolin Alcaraz and Joel Robles.

There is also space among the replacements for youngsters Tyias Browning and Luke Garbutt.

Darron Gibson, Arouna Kone, Bryan Oviedo and Lacina Traore are long term absentees for the Blues while Steven Pienaar is still out with is knee problem.
