Everton's players are currently on a warm weather training camp in Tenerife.
Roberto Martinez has taken advantage of the Blues' next game being changed to a Monday evening to whisk his players away from Britain's filthy January weather.
The squad jetted out on Sunday after recording a 2-0 win over Norwich the previous day.
They will then return to Merseyside on Thursday ready to step-up preparations for the trip to West Brom the following Monday.
Injured midfielder Ross Barkley and new arrival Aiden McGeady are part of the travelling party, as is Antolin Alcaraz who is suffering from muscle fatigue.
Martinez said: "We're going away to do some warm weather training and that's going to help Ross to heal his bone and hopefully he'll get back quicker than we expect."
Kevin Mirallas, a goalscorer against Norwich, added: "It will be good to go to Spain. We can relax and train before West Brom because that will be a difficult game away from home."
