Make your derby day more memorable by taking full advantage of an action-packed Fan Zone before and after Roberto Martinez’s first Merseyside derby.
The Fan Zone will be open from 10:45am on Saturday, with plenty on offer for Evertonians of all ages.
To celebrate the 221st Merseyside derby, 11 limited edition pin badges will be given away – each adorned with a famous former Blue who made themselves derby day heroes.
Blue noses will also be handed out so you can show your true colours inside Goodison Park, and really get behind Roberto’s men in their quest for the city’s bragging rights.
There will also be live music from two exciting local bands.
The Vinyls are a rock ‘n’ roll band who will be playing covers of some all-time classics live from the Park End’s Fan Zone.
Uke Box will also make a guest appearance in the Fan Zone, with a further performance on the corner of the Bullens Road and Gwladys Street before kick-off.
Also, don’t forget to pay a visit to the Everton photo booth – the perfect memento of what promises to be a tremendous occasion.
Not only will you be able to collect a FREE 6x4 printout of your photo, you will also be able to upload it to Facebook to share your passion with the social media world.
And the action will not end on the referee’s final whistle.
After the game, former Everton defender Ian Snodin will be making an appearance on stage in the Fan Zone to offer a post-match analysis and mingle with the fans.
There are plenty more surprises planned for the day. Make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to make the city Blue on Saturday.
