Blues Unchanged

by Matthew Gamble @efc_mattgamble

Everton have named an unchanged side for their game at Crystal Palace.

It means Leon Osman continues in an advanced midfield position with Ross Barkley on the bench.

The usual back four line-up in front of Tim Howard, while Gareth Barry and James McCarthy are the deeper lying midfield men.

Irishman McCarthy must avoid picking up a yellow card if he is to be eligible to play in the Merseyside derby later this month.

Up front Romelu Lukaku resumes after a minor injury suffered against Spurs, with Kevin Mirallas and Steven Pienaar supporting from the flanks.

John Heitinga is fit to return to the bench.

Everton XI v Palace: Howard, Baines, Jagielka, Coleman, Mirallas, Ditinbg, McCarthyl, Lukaku, Barry, Osman, Pienaar. Subs: Joel, Heitinga, Jelavic, Deulofeu, Naismith, Barkley, Stones.
