Ross Barkley features heavily in today's newspapers, with the youngster explaining his desire to land an England World Cup call up next summer.

The Daily Express and Daily Mail are just two of the papers to carry the interview with the Everton youngster, in which he also tells how Three Lions skipper Steven Gerrard has told him he should stay at Goodison Park if he wants to fulfil his undoubted potential.

In the Liverpool Echo, Roberto Martinez discusses loan signing Romelu Lukaku, who could make his Blues debut again West Ham United today.

The Spaniard believes the striker is a player with "enormous" potential and says he can go on to achieve any goals he has in the game.
