An exciting new season is now underway and Saturday plays host to Everton's first home fixture of 2013/14.
Following the dawn of a new era at Goodison Park, the Club want to continue this into our fans’ experience with the aim of making your matchday as memorable as possible.
As such, there is a wide range of new and exciting activities for fans of all ages to get involved with before the 3pm kick-off.
From midday, supporters can celebrate the start of this season’s Goodison campaign by joining together in Stanley Park. Here, there will be plenty of activities for all the family including a bouncy castle, slide, obstacle course and football coaching sessions.
A huge banner will be unveiled in Stanley Park at 1.30pm and handed over to supporters so that they can begin the ‘Martinez March’ to the stadium.
A special team of volunteers will be making their debut on Saturday. The helpers will be at various locations around the stadium at each home game this season to provide assistance to Evertonians and visiting fans.
Join in our player parade from 12.30pm. As the squad arrive in the Park End car park, young Blues can get signatures in our exclusive autograph booklets.
The Fan Zone, also in the Park End, became a popular hub of pre-match build-up during last season. On Saturday there will be music, refreshments and Changy on hand to meet junior Blues - as well as special guests invited up on stage to offer Everton anecdotes and their thoughts ahead of the game.
Our friends at Crabbie’s, the Official Ginger Beer of Everton Football Club, will also be at the Fan Zone right up until kick-off to give out samples of Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer, which is available to buy in the concourses and corporate lounges in the stadium this season.
Attendees can make use of the stadium box office to purchase tickets for Wednesday's Capital One Cup tie after the game. Adults are priced at £15 while Under-21s and Over-65s are just £5.
Everton's Baggies Buy Back offer means fans can exchange their West Brom tickets for a discounted 2013/14 Season Ticket. Supporters who have purchased for the first game of the season can get the cost of their ticket taken off the price of an equivalent 2013/14 Season Ticket.
Meanwhile, adjacent to the stadium, the new away kit is now on sale at Everton One and also available at Everton Two and evertondirect.com.
Once inside the ground, fans can watch the Blues warm-up from 2.20pm, with content in full flow on the big screens and the matchday programme available for just £3.
Our hospitality lounges welcome more special guests for the new season, with Tony Bellew and Kevin Campbell kicking things off on Saturday.
Before kick-off, a floral tribute will be laid on the pitch to celebrate Dave Hickson’s life while a few words of commemoration are said.
Tickets for the game are still available. Click here to buy online and take advantage of our print-at-home facility.
