Ross Barkley has revealed his delight at grabbing his first Everton goal.
The teenage midfielder was handed a start by Blues boss Roberto Martinez and responded with an impressive display, crowned by an excellent goal.
The 19-year-old fired home a searing left-foot drive from 20 yards out to equalise for his side during the 2-2 draw at Norwich.

Everton had to settle for a point but Barkley admitted his maiden Blues strike was a special memory.
He exclusively told evertontv: "I am buzzing to have scored my first goal for Everton. I ran to the crowd and everyone was celebrating and going mad. I hadn't even thought about a celebration.
"Before the game Stonesy (John Stones) was saying he thought I was going to score today!
"I have scored a few with my left foot when I was younger so I'm not afraid to hit them with my left."
While missing out on maximum points was a source of frustration, Barkley pointed out that there was plenty to be satisfied with ahead of the first home game of the season which arrives this weekend.
He continued: "It was frustrating in the end, I thought we should have got three points from the first game of the season.
"But it was a positive performance from the lads. We created lots of chances and they were lucky - if you see their second goal, the lad (Steven Whittaker) has hit it and it obviously wasn't a cross but unfortunately for us it went straight to a Norwich player.
"There were loads of plus-points and we are going to be positive going into the next game at Goodison."
