Phil Jagielka was at Goodison Park this week as his name was added to the Everton Captains' roll of honour.
The England international drew back curtains to unveil his addition to a board which details every Club skipper in the Toffees' 135-year history.
After unveiling his name, Jagielka enjoyed a three-course meal similar to that guests of the Captains' Table hospitality suite can expect to eat on a matchday.
Last season, Everton's hospitality was ranked second of all 20 Premier League clubs in the ‘Visit Football’ survey.
And with award-winning food prepared by the newly-crowned 2013 Stadium Experience awards' ‘Chef Team of the Year’, an Everton Executive Membership is definitely the optimum way to watch the Blues this coming season.
A 2013/14 Executive Lounge Membership for the Captains' Table costs £1,700 (+VAT), while places are available from £90 (+VAT) on a match-by-match basis.
That price includes executive Park End Stand seating, a match programme, private table, a cash bar with waitress service, complimentary half-time refreshments, a team sheet, free wi-fi, BT/Sky Sports and in-lounge betting.
Membership includes all 2013/14 home Barclays Premier League and domestic cup fixtures up to and including quarter-finals, with members also receiving a personalised table plaque
Supporters who book hospitality at Everton are able to enjoy nothing but the best food, service and matchday experience from the moment they arrive at the ground until the moment they leave.
The large number of Members and guests who book again and again speak volumes about the quality and value on offer.
Speaking about his sample of the fare on offer, Phil said: “I didn't even have to order my favourite food and it came - a nice little bit of lamb, a chocolate pudding with some ice cream and a nice soup to start. It's a fantastic lounge and fantastic food and seeing my name up on the board has made it a really good dinner.
"All the staff around the place are always talking about past captains and it's nice now that my name will be up there, hopefully for a few seasons. It's a massive honour for me."
Lounges regularly sold out last season so book now to secure your place to watch the Blues in what promises to be an exciting season under new boss Roberto Martinez.
