Courtney Duffus's strike then sealed a 1-0 win over Varas Academy of Hungary on Tuesday.
Wednesday's convincing victory, courtesy of a brace from Charsley alongside strikes from Duffus and Jonjoe Kenny, ensured a Thursday evening meeting with IF Elfsborg in the last eight.
A bright display of composed attacking play pleased coach Duncan Ferguson, who said: "It was a good performance. It is a very prestigious tournament and we were invited so we were more than happy to come along."
