Everton’s matchday hospitality is among the best in the country, according to the Premier League’s End of Season review.
Every matchday, hundreds of supporters and local businesses enjoy the ultimate Everton experience in Goodison’s executive lounges and a mystery survey carried out by the Premier League has recognised the first-class service on offer.
The Blues finished ahead of champions Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Tottenham and Liverpool, coming only a very close second to the hospitality provided at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium.
The overall ranking is made up of scores from a variety of categories and Everton came top of the class for match experience, food and drink, bar service, overall stewarding, and service welcome and friendliness.
Everton Football Club’s Head of Corporate Hospitality Gary Wilton said: “To be recognised as one of the leading providers of the ultimate matchday experience is a fantastic achievement.
“I’m proud of the team here at Everton. A lot of hard work goes into delivering hospitality during the season and I’m delighted that the team’s efforts have been recognised by the Premier League.
“Planning for next season is already underway as we strive to go one better by achieving first place in the Premier League hospitality rankings,” added Gary.
The survey is carried out every year by the Premier League as part of their VisitFootball Quality Assured Stadium Scheme.
Throughout the season, each Club receives a ‘mystery shopper’ visit whereby the quality of service and experience provided at each stage of the matchday journey is reviewed.
Seasonal membership packages are still available for the 2013/14 campaign and with award-winning hospitality regularly selling out during last season, it’s the best way to secure attendance at every home game.
