The Sunday People are reporting that should Ralf Rangnick become the new Everton manager, David Weir, Alan Stubbs or Phil Neville could be appointed as the German’s assistant boss at Goodison Park.

The same article also mentions that Roberto Martinez is on the radar of Malaga and their La Liga rivals Bilbao, should Marcelo Bielsa leave.

The Daily Star Sunday are suggesting that Harry Redknapp has emerged as a surprise contender to become the next Everton manager, while the Sunday Times says Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also in the frame.

The Sunday Express are linking Everton with a move for Espanyol midfielder Mubarak Wakaso. The Ghana international says playing in the Premier League would be a ‘dream’, although Juventus and Inter Milan are also thought to be interested.

In the Daily Star Sunday, full-backs Leighton Baines and Seamus Coleman both say former Everton boss David Moyes will do a good job at Manchester United.  

While another Blues defender, John Heitinga, could make a summer switch to Turkish side Fenerbahce, according to the Sun on Sunday.
