The FA have announced that Everton have been successful in their bid to retain their place in the Women’s Super League for the 2014 season.
With the WSL splitting into two divisions to allow for the addition of 10 further teams, the Blues will once again be competing in the top division.
They will be joined by Manchester City, Liverpool, reigning champions Arsenal, the rebranded Lincoln (who will become Notts County), Chelsea, Bristol Academy and Birmingham City.
The WSL 2 will comprise Doncaster Rovers, Aston Villa, Durham, London Bees (Barnet), Millwall Lionesses, Oxford United, Reading, Sunderland, Watford and Yeovil Town.
WSL 1: Arsenal, Birmingham City, Bristol Academy, Chelsea, Everton, Notts County (formerly Lincoln), Liverpool, Man City
WSL 2: Aston Villa, Doncaster Rovers, Durham, London Bees (Barnet), Millwall Lionesses, Oxford United, Reading, Sunderland, Watford, Yeovil Town
