A group of fundraising Evertonians are on course to finish a mammoth cycle challenge at Goodison on Wednesday.
Toffees Together, comprising 25 members of official Everton supporters' club branches, have spent the last three days in the saddle on the way back from Sunderland in an effort to raise £50,000 for charity.
The group departed the Stadium of Light on Sunday morning and have been making great progress on two wheels - all in aid of Everton in the Community and the Everton Former Players' Foundation.
Covering 60 miles in the first day and a further 76 on Monday, the team made it to Wakefield for the evening.
They were greeted by members of the Wakefield supporters' club branch, who provided their own donation and words of encouragement.
They were set to complete a further 55 miles on Tuesday before beginning the final leg the following day.
With a time of arrival at Goodison Park estimated around 5pm on Wednesday, fellow supporters are able to welcome the cyclists back on Merseyside.
