Seamus Coleman was named Everton's player of the month for March on Thursday afternoon.
The full-back collected the award at a special lunch held at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool city centre.
Coleman, 24, was an ever-present for the Blues during last month, playing every single minute in the home matches against Reading, Wigan Athletic, Manchester City and Stoke City.
The former Sligo Rovers man also represented Republic of Ireland in their back-to-back World Cup qualifying draws against Sweden and Austria.
After overcoming his early-season injury problems, Coleman has become a consistent performer for David Moyes’ side this season. He has made 26 Club appearances, scoring one goal against Cheltenham Town in January.
“It's great to win the award but it's important that the team are doing well at the moment,” said Coleman.
“To win any personal accolade is important as it recognises that you are doing well. I'm happy with how I'm playing.”
Thursday’s lunch was the last of the season. Please click here to register your interest for 2013/14, either as a sponsor or guest, and our Corporate Sales team will contact you.
