Much of today's national newspaper coverage is focused on this afternoon's game at Tottenham Hotspur.

However, in the Daily Star Sunday, Everton are linked with a summer move for Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair. The former Swansea star is reportedly set to land a £2m pay-off is he leaves the Etihad Stadium and Southampton are also rumoured to be interested in his signature.

Also in the Daily Star Sunday and various other newspapers, David Moyes has hailed Leon Osman as Everton's Steven Gerrard. "Leon has got better with time - he's become an essential midfield player and he's been fantastic this season," says Moyes. "Stevie Gerrard and Jamie Carragher are the heartbeat of Liverpool. Leon Osman and Tony Hibbert are here in their own way."

The same newspapers also reports that Kevin Mirallas has purchased a £170,000 Bentley Continental GT in matt gold vinyl, complete with his wife's initials sewn into the headrests and his shirt number, 11, on the wheels.

The Daily Star Sunday also says David Moyes will be in the frame to take over at Manchester City should Roberto Mancini be sacked at the end of the season.

In the Sunday Mirror, the Blues boss says Everton will relish their role as outsiders as they bid to confound the odds and join the Champions League aristocrats next season, while various papers are carrying interviews with Tottenham's Lewis Holtby, who says he is willing to risk the wrath of his Evertonian father this afternoon and help Spurs to victory at White Hart Lane.
