David Moyes has revealed that he has concerns over the fitness of Victor Anichebe ahead of this weekend’s trip to Carrow Road.
The Nigerian international has started Everton’s last five matches but was forced from the field at half-time after scoring in last Saturday’s FA Cup tie against Oldham Athletic.
Moyes, however, was able to disclose some positive news on Seamus Coleman, who has been sidelined for the last month with a thigh strain.
The Irishman’s last action was in the goalless stalemate with Southampton on January 21.
“We have only got a few [concerns],” said Moyes at his pre-match press conference. “Victor Anichebe, we have got a bit of doubt over him.
“Seamus Coleman is back in training, but apart from that most of them are okay.”
Everton will definitely be without Tony Hibbert, who continues his recovery from calf surgery at the beginning of December.
