The Christmas edition of the Evertonian magazine hits the shelves today and as ever, it is packed with all things Everton.

With the Club intent on turning the city Blue this year, we knew that our efforts had to start with players. With that in mind, Tim Howard proudly donned his blue Crimbo hat to pose for our front cover. The American shot-stopper has also included a little Christmas message for all Blues fans for the festive period ahead.

Elsewhere in the issue, we have three heavy-hitting features.

First, Darron Gibson reveals how delighted he is that he can put three months of injury frustration behind him and concentrate on helping the Toffees earn as many points as they can over the next month.

Secondly, we caught up with WBC Silver Light-Heavyweight Champion and massive Blue Tony Bellew following his superb points win over Roberto Bolonti. The boxer was showing off his new belt to the players so we grabbed him for a quick chat, the result of which is an exclusive interview for the Evertonian.

Finally, we have another exclusive with Blues legend and coaching revelation Duncan Ferguson. The former Everton frontman recently returned to Finch Farm to explore the option of becoming a coach and has impressed with his eagerness to learn, along with his passion for helping the Club produce the next generation of talent.

Because it’s that time of year where giving is the order of the day, we have crammed yet more into this festive issue.

We have an interesting conversation with Dave Hickson, the fond memories of Mark Pembridge, Alan Irvine revealing the recent good news for the Academy and an insightful piece with rising Everton Ladies star Alex Greenwood.

All in all, it’s the perfect stocking filler for the Everton fan in your life!
