Christmas At Goodison

by Daniel Alston @efc_danalston

Everton will be getting into the festive spirit this weekend to celebrate the last Goodison Park game before Christmas.

Ahead of kick-off against Tottenham on Sunday, there will be a special treat in store for junior supporters as Blue Santa and his reindeer will be at the stadium to meet them.

Blue Santa will arrive on his sleigh with his reindeer at 1pm to wish supporters a very merry Christmas and the Salvation Army band will be also be around Goodison Park before kick-off to spread Christmas cheer.

There's also another chance for junior Evertonians to make sure Blue Santa receives their wish lists in time for Christmas with two special Everton postboxes in place in the Family Enclosure and near the Everton roadshow in the Park End car park.

Blue Santa and his little helpers have dropped off the postboxes at Goodison so that junior supporters can bring their own letters or fill in their very own Everton wish list to send to the North Pole.

One of Blue Santa's special postboxes will also be on Park End Reception throughout this week for supporters to drop off their letters.

There's also a special Christmas giveaway in this Sunday's match programme with the chance for one lucky supporter to win a Half Season Ticket.

Evertonians have been rushing to secure their seats for the second half of the season since the 10-match package went on sale last month, and to celebrate our dedicated festive fixture, a golden ticket has been hidden inside one copy of the match programme so make sure you pick up a copy for your instant chance to win.

The Half Season Ticket begins with Everton’s clash against Chelsea on Sunday 30 December and guarantees a seat at some high-profile Goodison Park fixtures including the visits of Manchester City and a final home game of the season encounter with newly-promoted West Ham.

Kids under the age of 11 can catch all the action from the second half of the Premier League campaign for bargain prices, starting at just £50. Junior Blues can secure their seat from only £99 and adults can buy a Half Season Ticket from £289.

Half Season Tickets are now available to buy. Call 0871 663 1878, click here or drop into the Box Office at Goodison Park or Everton Two.

Matchday programmes are available to purchase at a number of points in and around Goodison Park, at Everton One and Everton Two, Echo newspaper vendors in the city centre and online via evertonfc.com/publications for just £3.
