After the Everton matchday programme joined in the retro fun on Saturday, its back to the present for the visit of Arsenal on Wednesday evening.

However, what’s unchanged is the must-read content and among the main features is a Duncan Ferguson exclusive, with the legendary talisman among the Everton Giants to be honoured at the game.

Now a coach at the Blues’ Academy, Ferguson talks doing his badges with some familiar faces, his memories of tonight’s opponents and his return to Finch Farm.

Marouane Fellaini is back in the squad after his recent one-match ban and the big Belgian talks extensively about the vital run of fixtures over the upcoming festive period.

Felli is convinced, however, that the Blues have got the quality to mix it with the likes of upcoming opponents Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea.

“The next month is a big one,” he tells the programme. “We have got Arsenal, Tottenham, Man City and Chelsea. If you take a lot of points you can think of the end of the season and that there is a chance for the top four.

“We have some very tough games coming up, but we have quality in our team."

One man hoping not to be the man making way for Fellaini’s return is fellow midfielder Thomas Hitzlsperger. The German has been enjoying a run in the side in recent games and has looked an assured presence in the Blues’ engine room.

He speaks about making his first start for the Club in the defeat at Reading and reveals how happy he is donning the Royal Blue of Everton.

But that’s not all – the programme also includes Victor Anichebe discussing music in MyPod, Bryan Oviedo hoping for another start tonight, Hope Powell praising the work of Everton Ladies, and a chat with Everton midfielder and England Under-19s skipper John Lundstram.

You do not want to miss it, so pick up your copy from around the ground or Everton One for just £3.
