Darron Gibson and Tony Hibbert are Everton’s only two confirmed absentees for Saturday’s Premier League clash with Southampton.
David Moyes does, however, have concerns about three more members of his squad following the midweek Carling Cup exit at Leeds United.
He said: “We've got doubts over Seamus Coleman and Steven Naismith and Victor Anichebe's got a chest infection, so he's a doubt too.
“Both Darron Gibson and Tony Hibbert missed out last time and they’ll be missing again.”
The good news for the Blues boss is that Nikica Jelavic should be fit to start after damaging his knee against Newcastle.
The Croatian striker came on as a late substitute at Elland Road, and Moyes said: “We had hoped that we wouldn’t have to use him and that it was a chance to recover.
“As it happened he played for 25 minutes or so and that could actually help him [for this weekend].”
Meanwhile, Moyes confirmed Thomas Hitzlsperger is still training with the Club.
The German has been at Finch Farm since the start of last week and Moyes admitted he was taking a close look at him.
He said: “It is going to be a while until we are able to make a decision. He is building his fitness. He is enjoying doing the football work and we will step his work up next week but there will be no quick decision on that.”
