Three of the last four meetings between these two have ended all square and it is 16/5 with Paddy Power to finish level again on Saturday.

Southampton have not enjoyed their trips to the blue half of Merseyside in the past and have not won at Goodison in seven games – a run that stretches back to November 1997.

Everton to win without conceding is 7/5 and the Toffees to cover the handicap and win by two goals or more is 11/10 with Paddy Power.

The influential Marouane Fellaini has scored three goals in five league games this season and is 5/1 to find the net first against Southampton. The 24-year-old Belgian is 13/10 with Paddy Power to score at anytime.

The last time these two met at Goodison was in 2004, and Everton won 1-0 with a goal from Leon Osman in the 88th minute.

Osman is 10/1 to open the scoring on Saturday and 3/1 to find the net at any time and get his first league goal of the campaign.

Saints had a very difficult run of games at the start of the season and, despite beating Aston Villa last weekend, have conceded 15 goals in their opening five games.

Everton have not been shy in front of goal and it’s an attractive 4/7 with Paddy Power that there will be over 2.5 goals. It is a tasty 6/4 if you fancy over 3.5 goals and a whopping 7/2 if you’re on over 4.5 goals.

Southampton have not been in front at the break in any of their league games so far and it is evens with Paddy Power that Everton are leading at half-time and full-time.
