Bidwell Loan Extended

by Andy Lewis @efc_andylewis

Jake Bidwell has had his loan spell with League One Brentford extended for a further month.

The Blues defender will now stay at Griffin Park until October 27.

Bidwell, 19, has played five games in his initial month with the London club.

So far he has been on the losing side just once, helping the team to wins over Colchester and Oldham and draws with Walsall and Bournemouth.

Bidwell spent a chunk of last season on loan with the Bees and is a teammate of former Blue Adam Forshaw.
