Player Vote Hots Up

by Matthew Gamble @efc_mattgamble

Everton's recent good form means there are some tough decisions for fans to make as they ponder the Club's player of the season.

Blues supporters can vote for the prestigious accolade here on evertonfc.com.

Voting opened several weeks ago and there's been little to split the leading contenders since. Now, the live standings have been hidden, ensuring the result is a surprise when it's announced at the end of season awards evening on 10 May.

With the Toffees ramming home 12 goals in their last three games, boasting a miserly defensive record at home and sitting above Liverpool in the league, who will you vote for?

Awards for young player of the season and goal of the season will also be decided online - and the standings were just as close before they too were hidden earlier this week.

You can check out our montage of the goal of the season contenders, as decided by Graeme Sharp, above.
