1 Are Half Season Ticket Holders guaranteed a place?
Yes, within the Season Ticket holder priority periods published on our website.
2 If a group of Season Ticket holders with varying amounts of away credits want to sit together, can the person with the most away credits buy the group’s tickets on the day they become eligible?
Unfortunately, the group could only buy once everyone within that group is eligible. All Season Ticket holders are guaranteed a place so they would all get a ticket. If purchasing online, the family and friends element of the e-ticket site will have to be completed in order to allow any ‘lead’ purchaser to buy on behalf of others, up to a maximum of eight per transaction.
3 Where are the different categories of seats situated?

4 Why have Liverpool got more tickets?
The allocation of ‘ends’ was determined following discussions between The FA, Wembley National Stadium and the Metropolitan Police and was made prior to our replay at Sunderland.
5 Will Evertonia members get any priority?
No. Evertonia does not incorporate cup matches.
6 If I am a new Season Ticket holders for next season does this count?
No, unfortunately we can only offer our current Season Ticket holders for the 2011/12 season the guarantee of a ticket.
7 Do cup games count towards away/home credits?
Yes. A home tie is a home credit. An away tie is an away credit.
8 Why isn't attending FA Cup games this season given more weight?
We feel this qualifying criteria best rewards the most loyal Evertonians - those people who bought a 2011/12 Season Ticket and in the early part of the allocation process, those who have also supported the team away from home.
Non-season ticket holders can use both home League and Cup games to secure a semi-final ticket, so our Cup campaign is important. We are aware that other clubs use Cup ties only. However we believe it's fairer to include Premier League games in the qualifying pool.
9 Once Season Ticket holders have had their chance, why is priority given to home attendees, not away?
Everton is focused on rewarding those supporters who consistently attend Goodison Park to follow the Blues. The vast majority of our support at away games is made up of season ticket holders. We have used away attendance to provide a priority order for the season ticket holder. Home attendance is then the best measure after all season ticket holders have been 'served'.
10 If you are a wheelchair user but not a season ticket holder, do you have to wait until after 5th April?
No, you don’t have to wait. Please contact EDSA for non-season ticket holder allocation queries as soon as possible. Details regarding EDSA can be found here.
11 When/how will I receive my tickets?
A collection and delivery service will be offered at the end of your transaction. You will be contacted by email or SMS to confirm relevant collection/delivery dates. Please await this communication before contacting the Fan Centre.
12 Will there be a semi-final beam back/screening at Goodison?

14 What is the Club's view of the scheduling of the tie?
We understand the frustrations of supporters planning to attend the semi-final at Wembley following the announcement of the 12.30pm kick-off time.
The decision was always entirely out of our control and was made by the Football Association with considerable input from the Metropolitan Police and broadcasters of the competition. While we appreciate the pressure all involved were under, we share your disappointment at the time taken to reach this decision.
