Everton's teenage striker Hallam Hope was on the scoresheet as England Under-18s beat Poland 3-0 on Wednesday.

Hope got England's second goal as his Blues teammate John Lundstram skippered the young Lions to victory at Crewe's Gresty Road ground.

Manchester City's Jordie Hiwula opened the scoring on 36 minutes via the aid of a deflection.

Hope curled home from the edge of the area on the hour mark before Plymouth's Matt Lecointe made it safe five minutes later.
