Football Aid Bidding Nears Close

by Daniel Alston @efc_danalston

There is still time to win your place in Everton's starting XI as part of Football Aid.

The charity have organised authentic matchday experiences that enable fans to take to the field and play for the Blues.

Football Aid have allowed over 12,000 football fans the chance to 'Live the Dream' in more than 460 matches, which include exclusive access to the pitch and tunnel areas, putting on a personalised shirt in the official changing rooms and stepping out on to the famous turf to play for a chosen club.

A lot of the positions have already been snapped up, but bidding is still open for 45 and 90-minute roles in defence and midfield, as well as that all-important goalkeeping slot.

Bidding closes on positions from Tuesday 21st February until Wednesday 7th March.

Funds raised from the event will benefit the work of Everton In The Community and projects nominated by Football Aid's parent charity, Field of Dreams.

For full details and to place your bid to play at Goodison Park, visit www.footballaid.com and select 'Everton'.
