Everton can confirm a fee has been agreed with Rangers for the transfer of Croatian international Nikica Jelavic.
The 26-year-old striker has arrived at the Club's Finch Farm training complex to undergo a medical and discuss personal terms.
Jelavic would become the third addition to the Blues' ranks during the January transfer window, following the arrival of Landon Donovan and Darron Gibson.
The Croatian hitman is a prolific striker who has netted 36 goals in 55 matches for Rangers since joining the Glasgow outfit in August 2010 from Rapid Vienna.
He has proved a hit in the Scottish Premier League but Ally McCoist conceded after Sunday's victory over Hibernian the club would reluctantly consider offers for the forward.
