Moyes: We Deserved Win

Everton manager David Moyes believes his team were unfortunate not to take three points as they drew 2-2 with Aston Villa at Goodison Park.
The Blues were twice ahead through Leon Osman and Leighton Baines but Stiliyan Petrov and Gabriel Agbonlahor both scored equalisers as the hosts were forced to settle for a draw.
Moyes says his side deserved to take their second successive win against Alex McLeish's side.
"It was frustrating because our performance probably merited more," said Moyes.
"But they're a good team, they have some good players and we always knew it was going to be a tough game today.
"Over the past they have always been tight and quite exciting games against Villa, and I think today was a bit of the same."
Agbonlahor's second leveller came eight minutes from time when he converted a Marc Albrighton cross from close range.
And Moyes says he would have liked to see his team close out the game better to cap a hugely positive display.
"We needed to do better and finish the game off," he declared. "We have to give Aston Villa credit - their job is to defend against us as well. We missed a couple of chances, I thought our play was exciting, we were trying to score good goals and do the right thing.
"Overall, I haven't got many problems. I'm disappointed that we've lost two goals - one from 30 yards and another from a cross - but I've got to say I thought today's performance was really good, and the players did a really good job."
