188Bet Preview: Everton V West Brom

@Everton

The omens are good for Everton ahead of this weekend's game.

West Brom’s last win at Goodison was in May 1979, over 30 years ago. Since then they have come calling eleven times, drawing five and losing six.

Having started the season well, things have gone more slowly for the Baggies in recent weeks with four defeats in the last five games.  Having scored in seven games in a row, the goals have also dried up with blanks in three of their last four outings.

Everton, on the other hand, are the only top flight side to have scored in all of their last eight outings.  All three of this season’s wins have been to nil and it is worth looking for value in the correct score market by backing Everton to win 1-0 at odds of 11/2 or 2-0 at 6/1.

The Toffees have only hit three once this season and with combined odds of a little under 5/2, it is a better bet than 8/13 about a win by any score.

Keep an eye out for value in the In-Play market as well.  Four of Everton’s last seven home goals have come in or after the 89th minute.
