Neil Dewsnip has chosen his squad to take on Nantwich Town at Goodison Park tonight.
The Blues take on the Cheshire side in the third round of the FA Youth Cup.
Lewis Codling looks likely to lead the attack for Dewsnip's side but his partner could be any one of Karl Sheppard, Conor McAleny or Luke Powell.
Jack Rodwell is provisionally in the squad, but is unlikely to play any part after being on the bench for the first team clash with Manchester City, and having only recently recovered from illness.
Dewsnip has the defensive options of Moses Barnett, Aristote Nsiala, Shane Duffy, Lee McArdle, Jake Bidwell and John Nolan.
Meanwhile, James Wallace, Georg Krenn, Thomas McCready, Nathan Craig and Gerrard Kinsella will all be in with a chance of lining up in the centre of the park.
Ahead of the clash, Dewsnip spoke to evertonfc.com.
"I think the Cup is good for morale," he said. "Ultimately playing at Goodison is their dream of where they want to play. The more experience that they can get there, the better.
"This is the only experience they will get of playing there so it's a great opportunity.
"I'm sure they will be excited, but also nervous. Some will settle like ducks to water and some won't. So we will have to wait and see!"
Squad from: Roberts, Akpan, Barnet, Codling, Krenn, Mcready, Powell, Rodwell, Sheppard, Craig, Duffy, Kinsella, McAleny, Mcardle, Nolan, Nsiala, Wallace, Bidwell.
