Youngsters In Everton Exit

Several Everton youngsters will be looking to impress at the Premiership's exit trials at Lilleshall over the next few days, after having been released from the club.

Reserve team regular Brian Moogan, England youth international Scott Brown, defenders Jack Flood and Joseph Jones and attackers Gavin Lynch and Robert Booth - are all hoping to impress the watching scouts.

With the exception of the above and Daniel Fox and Anthony Gerrard, who have both been offered full-time contracts with Everton, the rest of the Club's Under-19 and Under-18 players are having trials at various clubs from the Nationwide League.

Academy Technical Manager Neil Dewsnip said: "Although they have just come short at our club, they are interesting a large number of clubs. The exit trials will increase that interest hopefully. So with a bit of luck the boys will get another opportunity."
